Nelblu Bed & Breakfast - Polignano a Mare

The staff and the owner were all amazingly nice and welcoming. The location was marvellous, near restaurants and cafes and most of the town and easily accessible. Popped in Lighthouse for shots before sleep, it was just a short walk away from the venue.

Everything is what i need and want.

The location near the beach and in a quiet area is wonderful and couldn't be better!

The proximity to town was good, just a 5-minute walk from the center. Parking was available on the side of the road, first come first served. Decent value compared to other hotels in the area. Modern and clean accommodations. Helpful staff when we finally met them. Great location close to everything in the area.

Room Upgrade - We were pleasantly surprised when we were given a ground floor room instead of the one we initially booked. It felt like a mini victory, like finding a hidden gem on a treasure hunt. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view of the garden from the balcony.

Late Check-in Confusion

The room was lovely, the staff were calm and friendly, and the location was great in a peaceful area.

The rooms at Nelblu are super cozy and inviting. I loved the balcony with a garden view - it made me feel like I was in my own little oasis! The private bathroom with a bidet was a nice touch too. the room had a comfortable vibe that made me feel right at home.

The only thing I didn't personally like was the bathrobe. But hey, that's just me - others might still find it a nice added touch!

the communication with the hotel was poor, as they didn't provide any check-in information until I contacted them myself. finding the hotel was a bit of a challenge, as Google Maps directed me to the wrong place.
